1. What are your candle ingredients?

Our candles are hand-poured in the USA using 100% natural soy wax. Our wicks are 100% cotton and scented with fragrance & essential oils.

2. Do you test on animals?

Never! We are 100% vegan & cruelty-free. Our puppy River wouldn’t have it any other way.

3. What is your Return and exchange policy?

We take pride in making a product that will be enjoyable & last for hours. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. In any case, if you need assistance or have questions about your candle, just shoot us an email at info@LopezFamilyVineyards.com

4. Where do you ship?

We currently only ship within the United States. We are a small, family-run business & hope someday we can expand our reach.

5. How long will it take to receive my order?

Generally, we can ship your candles within 1-3 business days. Please note that we will need to consider holidays & weekends for us to ship your package. Once your item has shipped, you’ll receive a notification on how to track your item.

6. Where can I buy your wine?

Our wines are available online and in limited inventory in Sonoma County retailers. Click HERE to find us.

7. Do you bottle your own wines?

Yes, we hand bottle and label all of our wines at our winery located in Geyservilles, CA. We exclusively make all our wines out of our family vineyard.
